Agreed. Was there last week
USD - U.Peso = 19.45
USD - A.Peso = 4.3
(both market rates but i use a Santander Zero Card).
I.e. 4.5U.Peso to the Argentinian.
In cash we were offered usually 2-3 Uruguayan pesos to the Argentinian.
Not many places take CC.
