I applied for the offer several months ago and was denied for too many chase inquiries - I'm trying to apply again on United.com (I have Unites status), however the 60k offer says "your application is being processed" and doesn't have a link to Apply. Since the first app is months old, Chase said I need to re apply.

Any advice on how to get the Apply link to show up? Am I only allowed one attempt at this offer or something? Thank you.
