Quick check on Expedia shows rooms during last week of Feb for Planet Hollywood around $67 and Monte Carlo $58 (non-refundable rates). Both of these are nice, center-strip, properties that are inexpensive enough that will allow you to add to your meal budget and can walk to most other casinos about the same distance if you were to catch the monorail.
