In my 3 years of staying at this hotel on a mix of Corporate, Points+Cash and award rates, I have never been upgraded to a Suite as Platinum. Until yesterday's stay. Which now I wondered if it was worth my complaint over the months... the room seriously lacked personality and colour !
Has anybody else found the rooms to be very cold too?
