I will go to visit a friend who lives in Algiers. I am hesitating between Sheraton, Hilton, Sofitel, or staying with my friend.

Did someone try the Sheraton outside the Ramadan period, or could give an opinion on Hilton or Sofitel ?

Also I will arrive around 1 a.m at the airport (with LH from FKT). Can I rely on Sheraton to send a car to take me to the hotel ?
