Not so good; I've got some long haul travel planned soonish (who doesn't around here), and I had bought that case specifically to accompany my wheeled wardrobe :-( Substituting a different bag like I did on the last few trips won't be adequate this time around.

I'm really not impressed with Samsonite's warranty execution here. 7 (realistically, I expect 8+ now) weeks for swapping a set of wheels?
I guess I have good luck with warranty repair, none of my Samsonite repairs have taken more than 4 weeks, usually 2 weeks is an average turn around. I have an insane amount of luggage in all sizes. A bag in the shop for a few weeks is no big deal, I have plenty of back up.
