Is this an admission that the BDO SPOT pilot program at BOS and DTW is completely worthless? From what was discussed in earlier threads, the "punishment" for refusing to cooperate in the interrogation at BOS is to get a more thorough bag search and a hand swab. So if a passenger doesn't speak English and therefore cannot play along, they
are being punished. And if a passenger speaks no English, is the BDO still supposed to be able to work his magic and detect the passenger's micro-expressions?
