Requested a Lacrosse, but they had none. Then they wanted to give me a Grand Marquis (good thing I requested the Platinum desk make a note on my file saying "no mercury grand marquis"), then an Impala with NL (is that really equivalent to Premium?), so then I took a Chrysler 200 convertible with 14K miles on it. Maybe just a slow day, because they did offer to give me a GMC Acadia or Chevy Traverse.
