Had a disastrous stay here two weeks ago. Overall service and staff performance (esp. front desk and breakfast restaurant service) has gone downhill below 3* standards compared to my last stay a few years ago where I initially became a fan back then. I never had such a bad stay in a 5* hotel/resort within the past ten years. It was so disappointing the property even made it on my hotel black list . Will not go back again and instead will happily return to my fav in town, the Park Hyatt. More details of my stay that let to my judgement will be summarized here in the near future.
