ITA will not even recognize this one. Since ITA downgraded their service level to accomodate less than Expert Users via MATRIX 2 , most super deals are found outside ITA.
For those of us using systematic approaches, can you provide hints as to where to focus our efforts in re-tooling for a matrix1-less world?
