Add up what you feel are owed. Send a registered letter to their General Counsel giving him 14 days to pay. If not, file for Small Claims Court. Big companies never show up in SCC so you will get a default judgment...then you collect by having a bailiff go to the airport to seize an aircraft 20min before departure...and you will have your money.
