I was on an Aruba-JFK that was forced to land after taking off following a bird-strike to the engine. The engine was damaged and we were rebooked for the following day. The airline put us up in a hotel. I feel we deserve more than this. We should be entitled to free R/T tickets. We are your thoughts?
