No Lounge!!!!!!

The flight was OK to EWR and the food quite good. The crew were surly and very laid back.

Now sat in a dull Continental lounge at gate 90 : Miserable lounge agents; unhelpul and look fed up with their jobs. Not a smile amongst them despite us trying to elicit one. Food: comprises of packet cheese and crackers ; thats it oh and some carrot sticks.
I agree with everything you stated, however I have been to many non-hub airports flying CO where it took forever to check in at an "elite" line, there was no lounge, and the Presidents Clubs at EWR were just as mediocre before the merger as they are now.
