hmmm........ root66, the person at your hotel that gave you that information most probably flies once or twice a year in Economy Class, definately has no status whatsoever on any airline, has probably never flown the airline that you are flying, yet you listen to that persons advice rather than your own experience as a SEN in making your decision?

This is NOT an attack on you per se, as in real life I have been traveling on Business with people in Asia who want to leave the hotel FIVE HOURS before a flight because the front desk "told" them that traffic could be heavy and that it is a REGULATION to be there 3 hours before the flight. When I question these people as to the insanity as to what they are saying and listening to people that have no real knowledge whatsoever.......they normally then realize how silly they have been up until that point. Either that, or on one occasion I told a colleague to go ahead way before, that I would sleep another THREE HOURS and meet him there. I left my hotel 1:20 before, had checked in online, was at the airport 30 minutes later, straight through fast track straight on the plane (first on in fact) and I greeted my colleague as he boarded, he then realized how stupid he'd been and learned his lesson.
