At this stage close to check-in and as the deal was dead, and rate adjusted I called diamond line.

CSR claimed the showing 110$rate must have been there all the time

Transferred me to guest relations, who saw more history. Rate changed 2 days ago, claiming glitch.

Transferred to front desk in AUS, and she claimed she was not allowed to verify/read back my rate as it was prepaid

Will proceed with GM and reservations at hotel later. Lady at reservations wont be there till Monday. GM supposedly present Sunday. You guys about to check-in ask for David.
