Two airbuses for such a short flight almost seems generous. I'd live with the nonstop CRJ-200 rather than go to SFO for sure.

As for the post 4/1 schedule:
CR7 F is certainly fine for a 1hr flight. CR7 E+ is also certainly fine for a 1hr flight.
