Good to hear you've lodged your case in time. I hear that Amex insurance is usually pretty decent with claims, so keeping my fingers crossed for you.

If you have the time and feel up to it, I recommend reading the policy carefully to make sure the way you claim maximises your benefits as TI often have various pitfalls and it may depend on the way you complete the paperwork, e.g. coverage provided under two different categories, one paying out a lot more than the other.

I hope you continue to improve quickly and get back to feeling normal soon!
