I think over the past few years Natwest has been badly affected by the issues with RBS. As a family we have been with Natwest and its previous carnations for many generations. Some of my business accounts are with them. I am shocked by the behaviour over the past few years.

I think that the business with the bale out as well as hiring polices set up during the Freddy days have caused them to have recruitment issues.
