It did not happen to be on Nov 07 LHR-MIA where you had the beef. I got hit with this, the fact that the FA apologized fro the lateness of the meal due to the ovens malfunctioning ( not operating hot enough) should have made me reject the beef dish.
The reason your meal was late was because the crew had to get it hot. The oven might not have heated up quickly enough, that's why it took longer. We use T-sticks to check that a meal is hot enough, so your meal wouldn't have been undercooked, just delayed. Hope this helps.
