I have found the UA seat and the UA entertainment system in new business class to be significantly better than AA ; both have poor meal offerings
The only reason I take AA on ORD-LHR is that only AA offers a daytime service and would take that over a night flight
I have managed to get away from taking substandard products just for FF miles and treat FF miles as a consequence rather than an aim when travelling
