Had an awful bout of food poisoning back in July after flying AC YYZ-CDG-MUC. Started to hit me just slightly about 2 hours out of CDG when I had to visit the lavs every 15 minutes. Really started feeling weird during the 4 hour layover in CDG T1 and the flight to MUC was not the best including being ill unexpectedly as soon as I got to the toilet in the terminal. First thing I thought of was that it might have been something on the plane but on reflection it was without doubt a chicken salad I had the day before that i knew wasn't right(had been sitting uncovered in the grocery store during that heat wave). After clearing my digestive system out both ends for about 24 hours and hallucinating for about 6 hours in the hotel room I recovered quite quickly. Horrible experience but I think sometimes we are too quick to think it's always the airline food. That being said I always avoid the Monty's wraps on AC and BD since
