No, not immediately, but you should closely monitor the situation. Once the bankruptcy was announced, it was only a matter of time before takeover/merger rumors came to the surface. It's a natural progression given the circumstances. That said, it is going to be some time before something officially happens, and then even longer for the process to go through the regulatory hearings etc. In other words, you will have time to react should this happen.
As others have stated, I would not be looking at a long term building/banking strategy. Anything over a year out seems somewhat risky, given the state of the industry. I wouldn't be concerned about an outright loss of RDMs. However devaluation is part of the game, and IMO as alliances/JBAs/JBVs become stronger, that devaluation accelerates.
