BA refunds
Hello all, how good is BA with refunding tickets. Want to help my Grandparents who do not fly much through the whole process and with their bags, but I have heard getting a gate pass is hit or miss. I have no problem swiping the card, I just do not want there to be something where I am waiting 6 weeks for the refund.
