Beckles, thank you so much for finding this Priceline deal! Today I reserved August 14, 15 and 16 at the Elliott Grand Hyatt (downtown) for that same $40 rate.

The special pre-paid Expedia rate with the low-price guarantee averages $171 per night for those same three nights. The Hyatt site shows $235 per night.
