3) Hilton T4 bus if you are feeling sneaky. Bus stop 18 - furthest end from Domestic Arrivals (or underneath F check-in if that's how you know it). Also 15 mins but it doesn't run regularly.
Hilton bus runs at xx:15 & xx:45 from T5. It stops (where else?) outside the Hilton and returns to T5 at xx:00 & xx:30. You would have to schlep up the sloping walkway for about five minutes to access T4.
