Schedule changed locked my booking [unable to make a date change]
Strange thing happened, today I wanted to change my flight to MRU, when I logged into MMB there were exclamation marks against the flights indicating a schedule change. We tried to change booking but the computer said no.
So Mrs J5a phones up BA, who wanted to charge an offline fee, Mrs J5a said why should we pay for change we can't do online.
Turns out that schedule change locked out the booking so we couldn't change it. The agent reset the booking said to try again in 10 minutes.
Anyway changing the booking incurred an additional £70 for taxes, I assume this is for the increase in APD?
