I applied for the 50,000 MR/$1k spend Platinum card back on December 8. Printed the confirmation screen which had the 50,000 MR language. Met the $1k spend but only 25,000 MR posted. After two go-rounds with customer service via secure messaging, I faxed a letter to MR customer service last Friday January 6. No response so I faxed another letter yesterday January 11. The additional 25,000 MR posted sometime on the afternoon of the 11th under the following entry:
