Amazon Payments for pushing points/spend

I signed up with Amazon Payments, one account for me and one for my wife, and it appears that I can simply pay her from a credit card, move the money out to our bank account, and get points and credit for spend for doing nothing. There is a $1000 limit per account per month.

I'm sure that in time they will change this. Paypal requires that credit card funded payments go to an account with fees on receipts. But for now it seems like a freebie.

Has anyone been warned/limited/banned from doing this? I've seen speculation on other threads about how not to be obvious, but does anyone know if they are actually looking at it?

Given my cc strategy for the year, pushing an extra $1000-$2000 a month would be really helpful.
