CC companies should not permit this reprehensible practice of churning but they are competitive fools opening themselves to abuse. And at the AE end, you've been milking miles, seldom if ever flying AC, and then cashing in those churned miles for awards. And you wonder why it's come to an end.

Those of us north of the border are amazed at what you guys can get away with and how the industry basically sets itself up for abuse! For those of us up here this will be a welcome move as we will no longer have to compete for awards against those who've accumulated their AE miles through such practices. Good move BofA!
