Most language communities (at least in Europe) abolished the Mrs/Miss distinction a long time ago, and I'm surprised the English-language version of Ryanair.com still makes that distinction, rather than just offering the option of Mr and Ms like other versions of their web site.

So, like the others have said - as long as the gender is correct it doesn't matter whether the ticket says "Miss", "Mrs" of "Ms".
