As others have said, if you order a VLML there will be no choices. In addition, you will get margarine instead of butter, and you will NOT get a chocolate. Also, if you are on a flight which offers canapes, you will get NOTHING, because they don't load special canapes. Pretty poor.

In CW I would recommend NOT ordering a SPML, and going with the regular menu (have a quiet word with the crew before they start the meal rounds, and they should have no problem putting by the veggie main course for you).
