Ok, gotcha! I don't immediately recall transfer bonuses being offered with the IDC. The other odd thing with the IDC is that there really is no email / web-based communication. With my US-issued cards, I get email offers and email notification of when my statement is ready, payment due, etc. IDC does not have such options and I don't recall ever getting an email from UK/IDC AmEx about anything, nor is there an option via the back office of emailing them.

Without a U.S. social security number and U.S. mailing address, this would probably be difficult, if not impossible. (Not saying you don't have one, but guessing based on what you've written.)
