You should probably call up BMI and ask what fare class LH's codeshare ended up in on their system. Likewise with any other codeshare carrier aside from CO where all fare classesu earn 100%.

The OP stated in his first post that he is looking at a K fare on BMI and LH, he did not indicate that he is looking at a codeshare BMI on LH metal or vv. but I guess this is what s/he is indeed asking for.
