maybe someone can chime in. If KLM is going to make special arrangements to provide power in economy, would it not be easier to provide 110V ac than 12V dc since 110v ac is available on aircraft. Only in business class has any kind of power, but its already on board nonetheless.

As anyone seen 12v dc power on board? What kind of outlet is there with 12V dc? After informing that they can only provide 12V dc, KLM has not responded to my query about the type of outlet.
