I think you guys are still misunderstanding things.

If you book an LH K class fare that's a codeshare on BMI then it's BMI's earning table that matters. But you have no way to know which BMI fare class it's in. It's not necessarily K.

You should probably call up BMI and ask what fare class LH's codeshare ended up in on their system. Likewise with any other codeshare carrier aside from CO where all fare classes earn 100%.
