Why can't all phone agents do international itineraries?
It seems inefficient to have to be transferred to an international agent when calling about an international itinerary.
Aren't all CO/UA phone agents trained to do both domestic and international?
Are the requirements of the job so complicated that specialization is required?
I get the need to see a neurologist to have my brain examined, but an international agent to ask a question about a round trip to LHR?
