It all depends what you're looking for. The Dharmaswanga is a more authentic Indonesian property - which has downsides. The area is equally dreadful as the rest of Jakarta. My favorite hotel is the Ritz Carlton at Pacific Place. The Mandarin Oriental which was mentioned by another poster got very unfavorable reviews from a colleague who was there recently - i.e. after renovations.
