Do you have happen to have a concrete example (if handy) of an itinerary that will trigger the lower price with AMS-GRU on the outbound , with the info as you have entered it into the booking engine, i.e.:

What do you mean in that it showed up as a lower priced alternative? In the selection (2.) or reservation (3.) stage of the booking process?
Also, do you know if pelikan's call centre could handle such a multi-city booking properly with specifying each leg with to and froms, and dates, or do I run the risk of them finding out about the error then and blocking both my travel plans and those of others too?

-Unfortunately i have no current example .
-The lower priced alternative shows after your initial search above the list of flights . It goes something like "we have found lower cost of your trip if you depart one day earlier" - and a clickable link,which yields new list of flights.
-Rule of thumb is not to call.
-i have found the lowest priced possibilities , separately in amadeus , but they can not be ticketed there the way pelikan tickets
So i went with a higher priced alternative from pelikan.sk "as is" ...
