Fare to Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea & Southeast Asia: Economy Special Mileage Eligible
Fare to India, Middle East, Colombo: No Economyy Special Fare

I checked ex-JPN fare also, ALL Economy Special Fares are Mileage eligible.
