We cycle through:

- Amex Gold Rewards (free+:GCR)
- Amex Business Gold Rewards (free+:GCR)
- Amex SPG (works out free after getting all of the above through Great Canadian Rebates)

as well as occasional Platinum cards when the 50K deals come out. Don't do this if you redeem for toasters. If you redeem for big F trips it's still a good deal (I discussed this starting here) despite AE's recent changes. Not sure about J.
