I'm not so sure that you do or that the other posters know the specifics of your flight. I believe you are looking at the same NYC-YYZ/YOW/YUL-LHR-FRU deal that I am.

You will get credit on the LH flights as they are operated by Air Canada. You must look at the OPERATING carrier and not the carrier who is issuing the ticket. You will not get AE miles on the BD flight as K fares on BMI earn nothing with AE. I will posting these flight segments to my UA MP account.

You will also be able to use eCredits to upgrade the TATL segments on AC, but since they are LH flight numbers you will only be able to request these upgrades at the airport and not in advance.
