Typically the fee for TCs are 30-35 THB. However, and this is the kicker, you'll often get 0.30+ THB/USD more for TCs than for $100 US. It's about a wash for a $100TC (as whackyjacky said) but for a $500 TC you're coming out ahead of the game.
