Back on topic, if connecting through JFK check out prices on Jetblue
I was pleasantly surprised by Jetblue from EWR, free coffee and pack of blue crisps, pay for movie on seat back screen, seats not too bad, low cost, The largest cabin baggage size limit I have ever seen!. I slept a fair bit of the flight as well.
