Just back last week, flew into SFO then took a cheap flight to LAS via Southwest airlines, ( You can also look at Jetblue or Virgin America) Flight was $70 (one way - we flew back from LAS) and included 2 hold bags 50 lbs each....worth considering if you are keen to go
