Have a look at going AA to ORD or JFK then a connection to LAS. Book with your BAEC number and let the TP's rain on you. You should find it much cheaper as well as getting to get off and stretch your legs.
We go 4 times a year BTW and have done for the last 10-12 years. Never get tired of it.
