As much as i feel bad for your issue, i think this is just lack of training.. I had a same situation where I gave the agent the CC and she thought that was for paying.. she din realise that it's the JACC card.. when I pointed it out to her, she apologized and everything was smooth sail from there.. the lounge card and the priority luggage tag, all came flowing.. they are just not accustomed to the Jet Citi CC...
