No. The DL, it's unlikely that the system swims upstream. In other words, it doesn't matter whether DL has your seat assignments because DL isn't operating the flight. So long as DL ticketed (and you know it did because you've got the ticket #) and the seats show on AF, you have everything that you need.
As an aside, because this is all worked out. When DL cancelled TATL segment, you were entitled to reject the new itinerary and to ask for something else. If you really did want the later DL flight and it were available, DL likely would have done that for you.
That said, I agree with everybody else that your AF experience will far exceed anything DL will ever provide.
