I called the OPSC today and they transferred me to Web Support. The tech was super friendly but wasn't aware of the issue. However, he did enter a ticket into their trouble ticket system so hopefully it will get resolved soon. He mentioned to me about the other open issues (wrong status, not getting on upgrade lists, etc) -- they all seem to be in the similar areas so I guess this issue doesn't surprise me right now.

What really surprised me for my itinerary though is that Monday outbound (checked in Sunday) was fine and return today is wrong. Unless they do batch updates or something like that in which I can see the problem manifesting itself after perhaps CO did some major update.

Who knows, it sure is frustrating though.

I just went back to the US Airways webpage and paid 50.00 for a US Airways "tens-of-dollars" upgrade for my flight home anyway so even without Star Gold, I'm at least in Zone 1 anyhow -- though I "may" change it to UA if I think there might be a accrual issue, but it's hard to say.

I'll reprint the BP at the airport, hopefully CO fixes the issue and tonight the BP prints right, who knows...
