I was looking at going the other way - how to liquidate 9,000AM of a friend of a friend who are about to expire for Moneyback points. Immediately I see difficulties:
https://www.moneyback.com.hk/Web/Use...44&sp=SAMLogin
1. She has to redeem either 2,000, 6,000 or 14,000 miles. She can't "just" convert 9,000 [but I wonder if I can get around this creating three dummy MB accounts - the store clerks allow me to open as many accounts as I want on behalf of relatives. I'll also have to be able to "break" connections between AM and MB as Chisstep mentioned].
2. If you guys have tried converting MB to AM (like me), you'll find only a third of PNS has MB kiosks, and half of them are broken at any time.
But this isn't the real pain. It's when you're redeeming MB into cash vouchers where Li +* makes you cry for your jetso:

3. $10 vouchers only
4. 5 vouchers a day max
5. Vouchers valid for 7 days
6. Vouchers must be used with card (but since I've created dummy accounts in (1) that's not too difficult)
