I agree with dcpatti's comments. My Envoy flights lately have been hit or miss as well. I had great service in the old seats PHL-MAD and then the great Suites but lackluster service from MAD back to PHL. Last month's FCO-PHL was a lowpoint in Envoy service - more akin to a short-hop domestic US flight than a longhaul Envoy flight. It was very disappointing with the contrast quite evident having flown SWISS Business earlier in the week (hard product very nice but not as nice as Envoy Suites but the attitude and attentiveness and pure professionalism of the crew was outstanding).
